Engine 52 & Brush 5 alerted on Local Box 0501 for an animal rescue. Crews found a horse with it’s hind legs stuck in a metal gate. Hand tools were utilized to cut away a piece of the gate to free the legs and the horse was quickly reunited with its owner. Animal Control was also on scene to evaluate the horse for injuries. Company 5 returned within 15 minutes.
