Company 5 and Kent Company 6 were alerted for wires down in the 200 block of River Road, 0512 box. Calls to 911 indicated there were wires down in the road and a tree into a house further down River Road. Lieutenant VanZant arrived in the area and confirmed the same. Crews from Special Unit 59 and Kent Engine 68 checked the residence for hazards and located a live power line down inside the residence. No other hazards were discovered and the power company was contacted. Company 5 operated for three hours.
